     Here is a list of members from the North Carolina Chapter of the Special Libraries Association (NC/SLA) who enthusiastically volunteer to serve as mentors to UNC-CH School of Information and Library Science (SILS) grad students. These mentors represent a range of Divisions and Caucuses within the SLA organization.

     These mentors are also SILS alumni. They are working in a wide range of libraries occupied with challenging and rewarding professional duties and responsibilities. They are an essential part of their organizations' information collection, management, distribution, and research efforts. You will discover these professional libraries and information/research centers affiliated with academic, government, private, and corporate institutions. This list is offered as an introduction to just a few of the 300-member NC/SLA Chapter interested, eager, and able to offer students up-close-and-personal introductions to careers, internships, and scholarships available in special libraries.
