Textbook Support

Well in advance of  each semester (and summer session), JoMC faculty members will receive notice from The Park Library director about how to request textbooks for their courses.

Textbook Requests:

Please take time to complete the print or online textbook requests promptly; no one really wants to start the semester without textbooks or having to cope with late arriving texts.  Described below are several ways to submit your textbook requests. [Note bene: even if faculty members do not have a required textbook for their course(s), faculty members must inform Student Stores of that fact. Please go to http://www.store.unc.edu/textbooks/  and click on “No Textbook Required.”  Student Stores does not assume that a faculty member’s lack of a textbook request means there is no required textbook. ]

Printed Textbook Request Forms:

Each faculty member will receive a colored textbook request form for courses being taught in the forthcoming semester..  If extra copies of these forms are needed, please photocopy the colored forms in the faculty mail room. These forms should be sent in campus mail envelopes ASAP to:
Student Stores Textbooks Dept., CB #1530, Daniels Bldg., UNC-CH Campus.
